Rare find for a move in ready, cozy cottage for under 120.000 in Star. Good size lot that is a little more than 3/4 acre with room in the back to do most anything. Recently treated for termites as a precaution (no evidence found) and under a termite contract. This home was built in 1900 and the back porch was converted to a bathroom and laundry area. Front porch has been closed in and can be used for extra sleeping areas if needed. New supports installed in the basement area. Good metal roof with no issues. Older HVAC but has done a great job. New landscaping, ceiling fan, new paint in several rooms, stainless fridge and stove and more. Storage building with wiring for RV. Great neighbors. Home inspections welcome. Selling As Is.
